honestly? I'm not the biggest fan of whipped cream... never have been. but if I'm going to eat it, I want to have this recipe. it is light and airy and sweet, but not too sweet, and delicious. I even had my friends (who are whipped cream fans) taste it. they approved.
Yields: approximately 2 cups Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. white sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Place the bowl of your stand mixer and the whisk in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Combine the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in the bottom of the mixer.
Using the whisk attachment, whip the cream on the highest speed until stiff peaks form.
This should only take a minute or two, don’t over whip!
