1000 ISLAND DRESSING
Yields: approximately 1 cup Prep Time: 5 minutes + 1 or more hours to merry
serve as your salad dressing, on sandwiches or the best of all -- on my Reuben Sliders!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup mayo
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. bread and butter pickles, minced
1 Tbsp. sweet onion, minced
¼ tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Allow to merry in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight --- the longer it sits, the better it will taste!
Taste before serving and adjust the flavors to taste.
If you taste prior to letting it sit in the fridge it will taste like ketchup, which was my mistake when I first made it.
