gazpacho bloody marys [#2]

part III of my Round 2 Recipes >> this here is a transformation of my gazpacho recipe transformed into a bloody mary! weekends are for rest and relaxation, right? right. so no better way to spend it than sipping on a fresh, light bloody mary prepared with already made gazpacho!

gazpacho bloody marys

yield: 4 servings prep time: 10 minutes


my gazpacho recipe, blended until smooth

12 ounces vodka, chilled

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp. hot sauce

4 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp. prepared horseradish

optional: ¼ - ½ cup tomato juice per drink

garnishes: celery, pickles, cocktail shrimp


Add 3 oz. of chilled vodka [2 shot glasses worth] in the bottom of each glass.

Pulse or blend the gazpacho until it is completely smooth.

Pour the gazpacho into each glass until it is filled almost to the top of the glass.

Add ½ tsp. Worcestershire, ½ tsp. hot sauce, 1 tsp. lemon juice and ¼ tsp. horseradish into each glass and stir well.

Garnish the bloody marys with your preferred garnishes and enjoy!
