whip this dish up in under 15 minutes with less than 10 ingredients! it is a take on the traditional 7-layer Mexican dip, using Greek-inspired ingredients. it is both healthy and delicious, and will definitely wow your crowd! serve alongside naan bread, pita chips or crackers for dipping. I bought Stonefire naan dippers [mini naan breads] from Costco, which you can find here. you can eat the naan just as they are, warm them up, or even bake them into naan chips!

INGREDIENTS
Stonefire naan dippers
olive oil
flakey salt
za’atar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° and prepare a foil-lined baking sheet.
Lightly brush each side of the naan dippers with olive oil and season with flakey salt and za’atar.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool before serving!
7-layer Greek Dip
yields: 8 servings prep time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 [10 oz.] container of hummus
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. freshly chopped dill + more for topping
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley + more for topping
½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. za’atar + more for topping
1 tsp. Kosher salt
½ of an English cucumber, peeled & cubed
½ cup red bell pepper, de-seeded & diced
½ cup kalamata olives, pitted & roughly chopped
¼ - ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2-3 scallions, diced
DIRECTIONS
Spread the entire container of hummus evenly across the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the yogurt, dill, parsley, garlic, za’atar and salt.
Carefully spread the yogurt on top of the hummus to make the second layer.
Evenly sprinkle the chopped cucumber, bell pepper and olives over the top of the yogurt.
Top with crumbles of feta cheese, diced scallions and more freshly chopped dill and parsley.
Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
Serve with naan bread, pita chips, crackers, etc.
